Our Voice Scribe
system enables you to dictate from any phone day or
night. Land lines are preferred both for clarity of
dictation and for the fact that cell phones are a
confidentiality liability. *We cannot guarantee the
accuracy of work dictation from a cell phone.
A very minimal
amount of instruction is needed to become proficient in
the use of the dictation system. A step-by-step
instruction card is provided to all users for quick
reference.
We have an unlimited
amount of ports for your convenience. All you have to do
is dial one number and the rest is left up to the
machine. It will roll any call over to the first open
port so there is no waiting for an open line to dictate.
We have in-state and
out-of-state long distance 1-800 numbers for your
dictation needs (as above) and for contact numbers.
RATES
Rates start at .12 cents a line for regular
transcription. STAT transcription (returned within three
hours) is charged at .18 cents a line. Long distance
rates begin at .13 cents a line. |
